注文の表部分はどんな形式でも良いと思いますが、業者によって記入項目が異なります。
クレジットカードの情報をemailで送るのは心理的に抵抗がありますので、PayPalがお薦めですが取り扱わない業者もあります。またクレジットカード裏面の数字を要求される場合もあります。
